where can i use those blends?

you can add them to your lattes, smoothies, oatmeal, chia pudding, pancake batter, raw desserts, yogurt, soups, wherever you want!

how much should i add?

it really depends on your preference. for lattes for instance, we suggest 1 to 2 tbsp to 1-1/2 cup of warm milk, but it is entirely up to you. if you like them strong, add a little more. for a less pronounced flavor, add less.

can i mix 2 flavors together?

of course - a mixture of 2 teaspoons of calm cocoa and 1 teaspoon of turmeric  in a 1-1/2 cup of hot milk makes a delicious beverage!

why do the powders not dissolve completely?

we don't use other chemicals often found in beverage powders that facilitate homogeneous mixing. we wanted the blend to be as natural as possible. here are some tools you could use to fix this:

1) blender - use a blender for zero clumps (most efficient method)

2) frother - dissolve the powder using a frother. start with a small amount of warm milk, then froth. once perfectly mixed, fill the cup with the remaining warm milk and mix everything together.

3) spoon - if you mix with a spoon, mix the powder with a very small amount of warm milk/liquid until you get a smooth paste. then add the remaining warm milk/liquid while turning.

when does the product expire?

the product expire one year from the date of purchase. please store the closed pouch bag in a cool, dry and dark place to ensure the product remains in good condition.

returns & refunds

do you accept returns or refunds?

due to the nature of the product, we are not accepting any returns. if you are not satisfied with the product, please write to love@kamifood.co and we will do our best to help you. if you received a product from us that appears to have been damaged in shipping, please contact us immediately at love@kamifood.co with photos of the damaged item, and we will work on it as soon as possible.

subscriptions

how does subscription work?

you are saving around 3-5$ CAD net per item on subscriptions which you can adjust, pause or cancel anytime at no extra fees. the subscription renews itself automatically every month, you can also change the frequency to 3 or 6 months. subscriptions help you save money and time, how cool is that?

how do i pause or cancel my subscription?

you will need to log into your member profile on kamifood.co , and manage your subscription from there. it is under your responsibility to make sure you do it before the date of your subscription renewal to avoid being charged as we will not be able to refund once the fees have been applied.

how long does it take to get my Kamifood order after subscribing to the product?

after launch season, we should be able to ship within 3-7 business days from the date your subscription started. for launch pre-orders, we will ship everything in April.

can i subscribe to more than 1 item?

yes, you can but you will need to do it on separate orders. our website provider does not support subscription on more than 1 item. if you'd like to subscribe to 2 or more different items, you need to do place different orders. if your subscription amount is eligible for free shipping (subscribing to 2x cacao calm on one order and 2x matcha energy on another order), simply send an email before ordering, and we will void the shipping fees. this is the reason why we are/will be offering bundle of 2 different flavors - sorry for any inconvenience this may cause at the moment.

do you offer free shipping?

yes, shipping is free when your purchase exceeds 65$ CAD net.

where do you deliver?

we currently only ship within Canada. stay tuned by subscribing to the newsletter for updates on new locations.

what will be standard delivery? (after launch)

after launch, standard delivery will be 3-5 business days in Eastern Canada and 4-7 business days anywhere else in Canada.

change orders

what if i want to change something on my order? (wrong address, quantity, etc...)

it happens! send an email to love@kamifood.co with the order number, and we will find a fix for you ;)
